Terms of Use
Last updated June 18, 2026
These are the plain-language rules for using Loop. By creating or managing a sheet, you agree to them.
Who can use it
Loop is for Bancroft staff and invited organizers. Anyone with a shared link can sign up for a sheet without an account. Creating and managing sheets requires an invited organizer account.
Acceptable use
Please use this tool respectfully: no spam, no harvesting or scraping participants' contact information, and no illegal, harassing, hateful, or harmful content. Respect the privacy of everyone who signs up — their details are for running your event, not for any other purpose.
You're responsible for your sheets
Organizers are responsible for the content of the sheets they create and for how they use the information collected. If your sheet involves students or minors, you must use “hidden” visibility and keep sensitive details out of titles, descriptions, and notes.
Provided as-is
This tool is free and provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Access can be revoked
We may suspend or revoke organizer access for abuse, misuse, or anything that puts participants' privacy or safety at risk.
